ORDERING FROM THIS SITE: The pieces in this online shop will be rotating, so if you see something you like, get it before it’s gone! That said, if you see something you like and it’s sold out, I’d be happy to make it for you.
PROCESSING TIME: Commissioned pieces are made to order and we will discuss a timeline that is specific to your project and needs. See details here. For pieces ordered from the online shop, pieces ship every Wednesday. See details below.
SHIPPING: With online shop orders, pieces ship every Wednesday. So if an order was placed on Monday, it’ll ship that Wednesday. If an order was placed on Thursday it’ll ship Wednesday of the following week. I utilize UPS ground (2-5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days). Please get in touch if you’re in need of rush shipping and would like a quote!
PACKAGING: Each piece is carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and filled with re-usable material when possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I do not accept returns or exchanges on any pieces. If you have an issue with your order, or if it was damaged due to shipping, contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item.
CANCELATIONS: I’m happy to accept cancelations and give a full refund within 24 hours of purchase and if the order has not shipped yet.
